These awesome plastic-free lip balm tubes are hand-made for The Turtle Tribe with love in Australia, with organic jojoba, olive and hempseed oils. Vegan.
In three flavours - natural, mint and lovespell.
To use the lip balm you simply push up from the bottom with your finger, then tap on a hard surface to retract the lip balm stick back down into the tube. Simple!
10g tubes, so larger than most lip balms (usually 4-7g), and NO plastic to throw away when it's done. 100% cardboard packaging.
Unscented Ingredients: Organic Australian oils of jojoba, olive & hempseed, candelilla wax, vitamin E. Palm oil free. 10g

SHIPPING
At The Turtle Tribe, orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation email.
We offer flat shipping rates which are applied at the checkout.
Deliveries are made from 8:30am on Monday-Friday.
We ship with Australia Post and other local courier services. To keep costs down we do not offer tracking on every parcel. At our discretion we may apply tracking to your parcel and/or require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.
RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the product is faulty you have the right under Australian Consumer Law to a refund or replacement. Please contact us to arrange a suitable solution.
Please note bamboo toothbrush handles can be susceptible to mould if stored incorrectly. Bamboo toothbrushes must be stored in a dry non-humid location prior to use, and kept dry between uses. Stored and used this way, bamboo toothbrush handles will not go mouldy.

**IMPORTANT - to avoid mould you must allow bamboo toothbrushes to air-dry after use. If storing unused brushes for long periods be sure to store away from heat and moisture, in an air-tight container.
