OUR STORY
The Turtle Tribe was founded in 2018 by Ned Heaton, on a mission to reduce ocean plastics.
Having grown up seeing the issue of plastic pollution first-hand, Ned decided to do something about it.

We've stopped 312,000+ plastic toothbushes from ending up in landfill, the ocean or harming marine life.
Moreton Island Clean-up
Funding Beach cleans
As part of 1% for the Planet we donate a portion of revenue to Ocean Crusaders.
The Ocean Crusader Foundation removes tonnes of plastic from beaches and waterways, and seeks to change peoples' behaviour around plastic.

Creating Change
In Sept 22', I met with the Environment Minister Meaghan Scanlon to formally submit a petition asking for plastic toothbrushes to be banned.
A period of review and consultation can now commence in the halls of power.
