Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at The Turtle Tribe.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If the product is faulty you have the right under Australian Consumer Law to a refund or replacement. Please contact us to arrange a suitable solution.

Please note bamboo toothbrush handles can be susceptible to mould if stored incorrectly. Bamboo toothbrushes must be stored in a dry non-humid location prior to use, and kept dry between uses. Stored and used this way, bamboo toothbrush handles will not go mouldy.

A NOTE ON SUBSCRIPTIONS and REFUNDS of cancelled 1st repeat subscription orders
We use a third party app provider to manage customer subscriptions. The Turtle Tribe does not store your payment details, and has no access to them. If a subscription is cancelled before a repeat automatic order is ever fulfilled, we reserve the right to charge the customer the subscription discount given at the time of the first purchase, as without any ongoing subscription the customer is no longer eligible for this discount. This may be taken out of any refund given for a cancelled first repeat subscription order.
