Usage instructions: "Chew, Brush, Spit, Smile". ie. Wet toothbrush, chew one tablet and brush as normal. If storing for long periods, keep in an airtight container. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Note - we always pack a few extra tablets in each tin in case any break in transit. So if there's any powder in the bottom of your tin, don't worry because 1)you had extra tablets to allow for that, and 2)you can actually still use the powder by tipping it on your wet brush!

How much fluoride do these tablets contain?

Each tablet contains 1000ppm fluoride (Sodium Monofluorophosphate), the standard everyday-use level recommended by dentists to help strengthen teeth and prevent decay.

Are fluoride toothpaste tablets safe for daily use?

Yes. This formula is designed for everyday brushing, twice a day, using the same fluoride level found in standard toothpaste.

What's the difference between the fluoride and fluoride-free tablets?

The fluoride version includes 1000ppm fluoride for extra decay protection. Our Fluoride-Free range (Cool Mint, Orange Spice) uses plant and mineral ingredients instead, with no fluoride.

Can children use these?

These tablets are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
