Usage instructions: "Chew, Brush, Spit, Smile". ie. Wet toothbrush, chew one tablet and brush as normal. If storing for long periods, keep in an airtight container. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Note - we always pack a few extra tablets in each tin in case any break in transit. So if there's any powder in the bottom of your tin, don't worry because 1)you had extra tablets to allow for that, and 2)you can actually still use the powder by tipping it on your wet brush!

What's the difference between the fluoride and fluoride-free tablets?

This page's formula includes 1000ppm fluoride for extra decay protection. Our Fluoride-Free range (Cool Mint, Orange Spice, Lemon Myrtle) uses ingredients like hydroxyapatite and xylitol instead, with no fluoride.

Can children use these?
